RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour shifts per week from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• On-call required after shift until 6:30 AM with possible weekend coverage
• Response time for on-call is 45 minutes
• Average of 5-6 call shifts per 6-week period
• Must have 2 years of operating room experience
• Must have extensive experience in Hepatobiliary, Whipple, and Abdominal Organ transplant procedures
• Proficiency required in complex Spine, ENT, Neuro, and intrabdominal transplant procedures
• BLS certification required, ACLS required by compliance deadline
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Will float to skill set level to meet facility needs
• Must work with adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Average daily census of 20-28 patients in 17 operating rooms
• Circulating required, scrubbing optional
• Work with specialized equipment including Neuro/Spine/ENT robotics and transplant technology
• Maximum of 7 days requested time off per 13-week contract
• Scrubs provided by facility
