Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• No call responsibilities
• Must work holidays that occur during scheduled shifts
• 2 years of experience required
• Trauma Level I and II experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT (R), TXMRT, BLS
• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions allowed
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• Work with all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Handle approximately 100 visits per day in a 200-room, 250-bed facility
• Perform various imaging procedures including chest X-rays, abdomen studies, extremity imaging, portable procedures, trauma cases, and specialized procedures
• Work in multiple settings including emergency department, ICU, NICU, and operating room
• Must maintain radiation safety protocols and infection prevention standards
• Experience with PACS and various imaging equipment including Philips systems
• RTO required with submission and must be available to start within 3-5 weeks

This comprehensive healthcare facility operates as a full-service hospital with 250 beds and 200 rooms, providing care across multiple specialties including radiology and cardiology services. The facility maintains high patient volumes with approximately 100 visits per day and offers advanced imaging capabilities with modern equipment and technology. The organization provides interdisciplinary support through its radiology department and maintains trauma care capabilities requiring Level I and II trauma experience.
