Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work first shift with staggered start times between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM for 4x10 hour days, Monday through Friday
• Day off will vary each week (not the same day off each week)
• Primary call rotation approximately every 4 weeks and weekend call every 5th-6th weekend
• Back up call approximately 7 days (including a weekend) every 9 weeks
• Weekend and evening/night call rotation required
• Daily caseload of 13-17 cases
• Must have minimum 1 year of experience and travel experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT
• ARRT Advanced Certification preferred
• Must have neuro experience including stroke intervention and body procedures
• Required skills include all IR procedures: stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, drainages, upper and lower extremity, abdominal and pelvic, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access, and neurological studies
• Experience with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment required
• Inpatient hospital experience, PACS, and contrast experience required
• Epic and McKesson experience preferred
• Hospital orientation required during first week with mandatory daily classes
• Scrubs provided
• Interview required before offer
• Must complete lab work and testing within 48 hours after signing
• Cannot work more than 5 days in a row or more than 60 hours per week
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
