Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with rotating holidays, weekends, and call
• Choose between 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days on a rotating schedule
• Earliest shift starts at 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, latest shift 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• On-call coverage required from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on most days
• Weekend call required on rotation basis, may need to cover more than 1 weekend per month
• Weekend staff technologist on-site from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Must be available during working shift hours if needed for high volume or multiple traumas
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours weekly for 8-10 hour shifts, 36 hours for 3 twelve-hour shifts, 48 hours for 4 twelve-hour shifts
• Daily caseload of 28 CT and X-ray cases combined
• 2 hours of orientation required
• 2 years of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• Must have CT/X-Ray combo experience - will not accept X-ray only candidates
• Required certifications: ARRT-R, BLS (ARRT-CT not required)
• Work with patients of all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Operate Siemens go.Top 128 slice CT Scanner, Philips fixed XR Room, GE/Konica Fluoro XR Room, GE OEC C-arm, and GE Optima Mobile XR
• Use Cerner charting system
• Any scrub color acceptable, free parking available
• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions allowed
• No RTO within first 2 weeks due to orientation, RTO must be less than a week

Facility:

This acute care hospital provides 24-hour emergency care, full medical and surgical services, and features an attached 71-bed skilled Extended Care facility. The facility operates as a Level IV trauma center with 25 total staffed beds and offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretary support.
