Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4 10-hour shifts either 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM Friday through Monday
• Weekend coverage required on rotation with some call and holidays if they fall over the weekend
• On-call coverage required for gap hours between end of day shift (6:00 PM-7:00 PM) to start of night shift or end of night shift (5:00 AM) to start of day shift at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM
• 40 hours guaranteed weekly for 8 and 10 hour shifts
• Handle daily caseload of approximately 28 CT and X-Ray procedures combined
• Must have 2 years of experience in CT technology
• CT experience required - will not accept X-ray only experience
• ARRT-CT not required but ARRT-R accepted
• Required certifications: BLS
• Dress code allows any scrub color
• Use Cerner charting system
• Free parking available
• 2-hour orientation provided
• Work with special equipment including Siemens go.Top 128 slice CT Scanner, Philips fixed XR Room, GE/Konica Fluoro XR Room, GE OEC C-arm, and GE Optima Mobile XR
• Provide services to all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• No RTO within first 2 weeks due to orientation; RTO must be less than a week

Facility:

This acute care hospital provides 24-hour emergency care with full medical and surgical services. The facility operates as a Level IV trauma center with 25 total staffed beds and features an attached 71-bed skilled Extended Care facility. The hospital offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretary services.
