RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for 13 weeks
• Every other weekend requirement
• Must be available to work every other holiday if needed
• Patient ratios range from 1:5 to 1:7
• Required to float within skillset
• Must have worked in acute care within the past 6 months
• 1 year of nursing experience required
• Active New York Single State RN license required (NY is not compact state)
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and NIHSS
• Scrub color requirements: any combination of navy blue and white
• Clinical skills include cardiac monitoring, emergency response, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, Rapid Response/Code team activation, IV therapy/phlebotomy, peripheral line care/management, nasal cannula and oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, and isolation precautions
• Client may cancel up to three shifts during the 13-week contract period
• Candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted
• Must submit special scheduling requests upon submission
• Pre-start modules required (up to 10 hours total, with 5 hours billable)
