Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call requirements: 1-2 call shifts during weeknights (Monday-Friday) and 3-24 hours weekend call shift per month
• Must function in high-paced, efficient environment as a team player
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, RCIS or ARRT (if ARRT, MD State License required)
• Scrubs provided by facility
• 2 years minimum experience required
• Must have 1 prior travel assignment
• Required skills: Interventional Cath, Cardiac Stent Placement, Scrub, Right & Left Heart catheterization, Rotablader, Thrombectomy, Stents, PCI, PTCA and Balloon Angioplasty
• Preferred skills: Cerner, Acute Monitoring, Room Circulator, ACIST, Watchman Procedures, Impella insertion, and (TAVI/TAVR)
• Work with Phillips and Mac Lab equipment
• Daily census of 12-20 patients
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Patient age groups: Adults and Geriatrics
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions

The facility provides advanced cardiac care services with state-of-the-art equipment including Phillips and Mac Lab systems. The cardiac cath lab performs a full range of procedures including right and left heart catheterizations, stents, angioplasty, FFR, Rotablator, PFO closures, TAVR, and structural heart procedures. The facility maintains high standards for patient care and provides interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation services.
