RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work either 5x8 hour shifts (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) with call requirements or 4x9 hour shifts
• Rotating weekends and weekdays with call responsibilities
• Work in 5 procedure room unit including 2 fluoroscopy rooms, 2 ultrasound rooms, and 1 CT capable room
• Service approximately 10-15 cases per day on average
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with approximately 12 visits per day
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Dress code: Black or Caribbean blue scrubs
• Use Meditech charting system (experience preferred)
• Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary
• Must comply with zero-tolerance THC policy and complete drug screening
• Fit testing required with shaving policy for proper mask fitting
• Cannot live within 50 miles of facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Cannot have worked permanently for this organization within past 24 months
