RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - PICU

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts including holidays
• Weekend coverage required
• Patient ratios of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Must have 2 years of nursing experience
• Required certifications: BLS, PALS
• Indiana nursing license must be in hand prior to start date
• Must be comfortable with administration of blood & blood products
• Experience with care of ventilated patients required
• Central line/implanted line care experience needed
• Knowledge of infection control/PPE protocols
• Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Pediatric dosage calculation skills required
• PICC line management experience
• Care for adolescents, infants, and pediatric patients
• Floating within hospital or to affiliate hospitals is 100% required
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Two supervisor references required
• Flu vaccination required with medical/religious exemptions only
• First time travelers accepted
• Charge experience available with additional pay differential
