RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Flexible scheduling options: 3x12s or 4x12s
• Guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12s or 40 hours for 4x12s
• Weekend coverage as needed
• At least 2 years of ER experience required (18 months minimum, 2 years preferred)
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Epic experience at level 3 or 4 required
• Float within scope as needed to meet facility needs
• Skills required: arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, care of ventilated patients, central line care/management, isolation precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, management of dysrhythmias, triage
• EKG and pharmacy test required during orientation (2 attempts maximum for each)
• Time sensitive modules must be prioritized first once confirmed for assignment
• Modules are non-billable and average 6-15 hours
• All RTO must be included at time of submission
• No on-call requirements
• First-time travelers accepted
• Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start
