RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend coverage required
• Patient ratios: Days 1:6, Nights 1:7, Weekends 1:8
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Travel experience required
• Must live more than 50 miles from facility
• Epic charting experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Any nursing uniform color scrubs acceptable
• 12-hour orientation provided
• Float assignments required
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including COPD, pneumonia, abdominal pain, cellulitis, and chest pain
• Required skills include telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV management, blood product administration, central line and PICC line care, airway management, and isolation precautions
• Work with interdisciplinary team including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and radiology
• Unit has 25 beds with daily census of approximately 20 patients
• Complete pre-start modules with up to 5 billable hours
