RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• On-call nights and weekends may be required
• Orthopedic Circulator position with total hip and total knee experience required
• Spine experience preferred
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Travel experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Adult patient population with daily census of 20
• Required certifications: CA RN license, BLS, ACLS (must be AHA or American Red Cross)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Nursys verification within last 2 weeks required
• 2 references obtained within the last year required
• 7-year work history verification required
• 50 miles travel requirement from assignment location
• One holiday time off approval maximum
• Modules completed during orientation (1-5 hours average, recorded through e-learning)
• Skills include various surgical procedures: orthopedic/spine procedures, laparoscopic procedures, general surgery, urological procedures, and safety protocols
