Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 40 hours per week with 4 x 10-hour days
• Call requirement with callback and weekend call required (9-11 days in a 6-week schedule with 1-2 weekends)
• Structural heart scrub experience is absolutely required - no exceptions
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Will accept first-time travelers
• Must have ACLS, BLS, and at least one: RCIS or ARRT certification
• Required skills: Scrub, Monitor, PA Lines and Telemetry, Structural Heart & TAVR Experience
• Cath Lab procedures: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left & Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablader
• Work with 3 rooms target ratio
• Use EPIC and MAC Lab systems
• Scrubs provided
• Floating could be required but would be rare (may float to EP occasionally)
• Must be fully available with no other commitments to accommodate schedule changes
• Start date flexibility required - may start Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of first week
• Must complete 8-10 hours of non-billable modules pre-start
• Cannot work more than 5 days in a row or more than 60 hours per week

The cardiac catheterization department operates with modern equipment and maintains high standards for patient care, offering 24/7 emergency cardiac services and specialized procedures like TAVR, Watchman, and Mitra clip procedures.
