Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM schedule with four 10-hour shifts
• On-call requirements included
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT R (preferred), or CCI RCIS
• New York state license required in hand to submit
• EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement
• Must be located more than 75 miles from facility
• Float requirements applicable
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Skills include cardiac implant closure devices, cardiac stent placement, IABP placement/removal
• Interpret dysrhythmias and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
• Perform left and right heart catheterizations
• Conduct percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) and angioplasty (PTCA)
• Rotablader atherectomy procedures
• Scrub procedures while maintaining sterile field and technique
• Equipment setup and room circulation duties
• Work with middle adult and older adult patient populations
• Complete pre-start modules (up to 5 billable hours)
