Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4x10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday night schedule
• Perform a wide variety of ultrasound scans in emergency room setting
• 2 years of experience required
• 1 year experience in profession minimum requirement
• Required certifications: ARDMS, BLS
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• Must perform diverse range of ultrasound procedures including obstetric scans (1st, 2nd, 3rd trimester), abdominal imaging, vascular studies, and pediatric/NICU scans
• Skills include fetal anatomical surveys, DVT studies, organ imaging (liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen), and emergency department procedures
• Experience with Philips and Siemens ultrasound equipment preferred
• Must be comfortable with isolation precautions and PPE protocols
• Local candidates within 50 mile radius not accepted
• Hard document deadline: Tuesday 4:30pm CST prior to start date with no exceptions

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
