Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work a rotating schedule: 6 weeks of 4/10 hour days (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), then 1 week of 5/8 hour days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Call requirements: 12-14 days per 6-week period with 1-2 weekends per 6-week period
• Must stay within 30 minutes of facility when on call
• Weekend coverage included in call requirements
• Float within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Daily census ranges from 4-12 patients in 2-room facility
• Minimum 2 years of experience required - accepts first-time travelers
• Required certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, CCI RCES, CCI RCIS (CVT also accepted)
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Community hospital experience required
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Holiday work requirements: work 1 holiday if 1-2 fall during assignment, work 2 holidays if 3 fall during assignment
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
• Must complete full compliance requirements to start on time
• Skills include diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath procedures, angioplasty, stent placement, hemodynamic monitoring, and various interventional procedures

The department maintains modern equipment and technology to support complex cardiac and vascular procedures while serving patients across multiple age groups in a community hospital setting.
