Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Must start on 5/18
• 2 years of experience required
• CT and diagnostic X-ray experience required (may consider candidate with experience in one modality)
• Required certifications: TMB, ARRT (R), and BLS
• ARRT (CT) preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Work with patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform various CT scans including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, and vascular studies with and without contrast
• Handle emergency department and ICU cases
• Experience with trauma head imaging and Level II trauma center procedures
• Preparation and administration of contrast media
• Starting peripheral IVs
• Work with Philips CT 128 + 256 slice scanners, Fuji Diagnostic X-ray, and Shimadzu Diagnostic Portables
• Complete orientation modules during first 16 hours (average 2-3 hours, non-billable)
• Must have license in-hand before start date
• Complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Hard documents due 3 business days prior to start
