Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Weekend coverage as needed
• Must be willing to stay until last patient is cared for
• Call may be required as needed
• Floating as needed
• Maximum 7 days RTO preferred
• No holiday coverage required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must pass clinical pre-screening and manager interview
• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility
• Complete 5-6 hours of pre-start modules that are billable
• Work in invasive cardiology unit performing advanced cardiovascular procedures
• Assist with complex coronary procedures, VAD/ECMO, TAVR, ablations, and other specialized cardiac interventions
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with equipment setup
• Monitor patients and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Experience with fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring, and various cardiac closure devices preferred

This healthcare facility features a comprehensive invasive cardiology unit with 4 dedicated cardiac catheterization labs, 3 dedicated electrophysiology labs, and 2 shared cath/EP labs. The unit includes 29 prep/recovery bays and completes over 6,000 procedures annually. The facility offers advanced cardiovascular treatments and specializes in complex cardiac procedures including structural heart interventions, device implantations, and emergency cardiac care.
