Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12.5-hour night shifts from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Thursday through Saturday
• Weekend block schedule required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Must have Siemens CT experience and ability to perform diagnostic x-rays
• Work with Carestream Portable X-ray and Siemens DR X-ray systems
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R; ARRT CT preferred
• Royal Blue scrubs required (facility provides limited supply but prefers candidates wear their own)
• Epic charting system experience
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week contract
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off allowed
• Regular floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities
• Must handle adult acute care, adult outpatient, ICU, emergency department, and pediatric acute care
• Perform Level I and II trauma imaging, brain perfusion, vascular CTA procedures
• Experience with contrast media preparation and administration required
• 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and radiation safety knowledge essential
• Travel experience required; no first-time travelers accepted
• Both Kansas and Missouri licenses or compact license required at submission

This 74-bed acute care hospital provides comprehensive diagnostic imaging services with modern Siemens CT equipment and advanced radiology capabilities. The facility maintains a busy imaging department handling approximately 175 visits per day across 2 CT rooms, supporting emergency department operations, trauma care, and various inpatient and outpatient services. The organization offers interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, radiology teams, and rapid response capabilities to ensure quality patient care.
