Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday-Friday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM with occasional Saturdays
• Day off during the week when Saturday shift is worked
• Daily caseload of 35-40 patients in outpatient setting
• No on-call requirements
• Must have valid Virginia license in hand (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Required certifications: ARRT, ARRT Advanced certification, BLS
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Skills required: IV starts, phlebotomy, PACS, and contrast administration
• Experience with GE and Siemens equipment preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Any scrub color acceptable
• Typical procedures include cardiac imaging (TAVR, CCTA, Cardiac Screening), abdomen/pelvis, chest, and head CT scans
• Prepare patients for CT examinations by confirming physician orders and verifying patient identity
• Perform CT examinations on all patient age groups
• Maintain clinical competency through annual competency-based orientation
• Must complete up to 8 hours of non-billable modules within 1 week of signing
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted at same rate
