Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• One night of call per week and every seventh weekend
• Floating required to other units or campuses as needed based on census
• Must have 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology and Special Procedures
• Must have 1 year minimum experience with EPIC EMR system
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, ACLS, and South Carolina Radiology license
• Work with medication system: Omnicell
• Documentation system: EPIC
• Patient ratio: 1:1
• Care for patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Unit will review first-time travelers based on experience
• Pre-assignment testing and modules required within 48 hours of contract signing
• Orientation occurs every Monday
• Must submit social security number with application
• Perform various interventional radiology procedures including angiography, angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, and vascular interventions
• Maintain sterile technique and equipment inventory
