Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Weekend coverage required with every weekend shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Staffing includes 1 technologist and 1 tech aide per shift
• Patient ratio of 2 patients per technologist across all shifts
• 1 year of experience required
• Must have ARRT (R)(CT) and BLS certifications
• Epic charting system experience required
• Travel experience required
• RTO (Request Time Off) required at time of submission
• Must be able to perform both CT and X-Ray procedures
• Manager willing to consider candidates with CT experience and limited X-Ray who are willing to train/learn X-Ray
• Adult Acute Care and Adult Outpatient work setting experience required
• No floating or on-call responsibilities
• Scrub colors: navy, grey, or black
• Must complete Pass/Fail exam with only 3 attempts allowed
• PA Fingerprints and Childline clearances required
• Must complete labs within 48 hours of signing
• Serve patients of all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Work with various CT procedures including contrast studies, trauma imaging, and vascular imaging
• Skills include 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, IV starts, and venipuncture

This diagnostic imaging facility provides comprehensive CT and X-Ray services for both adult acute care and outpatient populations. The facility utilizes Epic charting systems and maintains modern imaging equipment including GE scanners. The department works closely with radiology and transportation services to ensure efficient patient care across emergency department and routine imaging needs. The facility emphasizes quality patient care while maintaining strict compliance standards and professional development opportunities.
