Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday schedule with variable day off
• Weekend call only requirement
• On-call duties include 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend rotation based on staffing volume
• Float within facility and scope of practice as needed to Cath and EP units
• Minimum 1 year experience required - unit accepts first-time travelers
• Work with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Daily census ranges from 12-24 patients in 3-room facility
• Required certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, ARRT VI, BLS
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• Community hospital and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
• Perform extensive interventional radiology procedures including angiography, angioplasty, embolization, PICC line placement, and various catheter interventions
• Work with specialized equipment including PACS, Philips, and Siemens systems
• Holiday requirement: work major holidays that fall during assignment period (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day)
• Maximum 7 days requested time off per contract
• Full compliance required to start on time with all documents due Tuesday prior to start date
• Georgia or Compact nursing license required at time of submission

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
