Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week with facility allowed to call off 6 times throughout 13-week assignment
• 2 years of experience required
• On-call requirement: 18 days of call in 8 weeks
• Weekend coverage as needed
• May float to outpatient cath lab for procedures
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT
• Preferred skills: EP, Structural Heart, MacLab, Xper, Cerner
• Scrubs provided in the Cath Lab
• Work with specialized equipment including Rotablader, IAPB, and Impella
• Perform cardiac diagnostic and intervention procedures, peripheral diagnostic and intervention
• Experience with EKG settings, 12-lead EKG, rhythm interpretation required
• Must be comfortable with various cardiac procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, pacemaker insertion, and catheterizations
• 10 hours of orientation provided
• Must adhere to quality and patient safety standards including medication administration
Facility:
This is a 268-bed short-term acute care facility that serves as a teaching hospital and Level I Trauma center. The facility maintains Magnet status and utilizes Cerner charting systems. The cardiac catheterization lab provides comprehensive diagnostic and interventional services for both cardiac and peripheral procedures, equipped with advanced technology including specialized cardiac equipment and monitoring systems.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
