Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Cover 2-3 weekends per month
• Rotate between hospital and outpatient center with most shifts at the outpatient facility
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Must be CT certified with ARRT certification
• Travel experience required
• Work with patients of all ages including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform various CT procedures including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis scans with and without contrast
• Handle emergency department and Level I trauma cases
• Start peripheral IVs and prepare/administer contrast media
• Work with specialized procedures including biopsies, drainages, and vascular CTA
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must provide proof of high school level education
• Complete pre-start modules (non-billable, approximately 5 hours)
• Wear light blue scrubs
• No on-call requirements

This healthcare facility is a 632-bed short-term acute care hospital that holds Magnet designation and serves as a teaching institution. The facility operates as a Level I Trauma Center and Stroke Center, providing comprehensive emergency and specialized medical services. The organization maintains modern equipment and Epic charting systems, offering free parking for staff and emphasizing high-quality patient care across all age groups with a daily census of approximately 25 patients in the CT department.
