Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts
• Handle 8-12 patient caseload
• Weekend call required - 1 full weekend per month
• On-call requirements approximately 7-10 days per month
• STEMI Call team must respond within 30 minutes of activation
• 2-hour call back is guaranteed
• Must have strong cath lab experience and ability to work in IR (required)
• Perform elective caths (diagnostic and interventions), RHC, STEMI, IABP, and pacemakers
• Skills include angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, insertion/programming of AICDs, pacemaker insertion, scrub maintenance of sterile field, and temporary pacemaker procedures
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT + MD License, or RCIS
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Neuro intervention experience preferred
• Must pass nicotine drug screen - strict no-tobacco policy
• Scrubs provided
• Charting systems: Cerner, McKesson
• May float within hospital or to affiliate hospital nearby
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation and annually through Relias/Net Learning portal
