Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts Friday through Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• On-call rotation required Monday through Thursday among all technologists
• Perform high quality CT examinations on patients ranging from infant through geriatrics
• 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (CT), SCRQSA (CT)
• Must be registered with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) for CT
• South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association certification required
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
• Radiation badge must be provided by agency
• Required skills include IV starts, contrast administration, biopsies, and PACS system proficiency
• Perform inpatient, emergency department, and scheduled interventional cases
• Scrub color requirement: teal top and black bottom
• Epic charting system preferred
• Must complete approximately 4 hours of non-billable modules pre-start
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams
