RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Details:

• 2 years of minimum experience required - unit accepts first time travelers
• Patient ratio of 1:1 during day shifts
• Epic charting system experience required
• Weekend rotation schedule will be discussed during interview
• Call required - typically one week day call every week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks
• Float within facility/scope of practice as needed and to Main OR
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Must work major holidays if they fall during assignment period
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Skills include cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgery procedures
• Experience with CABG, valve replacements, TAVR, IABP, and VAD procedures required
• Clinical screening required to determine clinical fit
• Full compliance required to start on time
• Georgia or Compact nursing license required at time of submission
• Must complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• All compliance documents due Tuesday prior to start date
