Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, five 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Possible weekend help and call responsibilities
• 2 years of MRI experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT (MRI) or ARMRIT, BLS
• Cerner charting system experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Valid Maryland or Compact license required at time of submission
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds
• Work setting experience includes outpatient, inpatient, and ER
• General skills include IV starts, contract work, and biopsies
• Candidates will float within hospital, within scope of practice
• Complete non-billable modules up to 8 hours virtually on first day and annually
• Majority of scans performed through the ER department
• Work with various MRI procedures including brain, chest, abdomen, spine, and contrast studies
• Experience with Siemens equipment preferred
