Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday schedule with no call requirements
• 2 years of experience required
• CT and diagnostic X-ray experience required (may consider candidate with experience in one modality)
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred
• Required certifications: TMB, ARRT (R), and BLS
• ARRT (CT) preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must care for patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work with advanced equipment including Philips CT 128 + 256 slice scanners, Fuji Diagnostic X-ray, and Shimadzu Diagnostic Portables
• Perform various CT procedures including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis scans with and without contrast
• Handle emergency department and ICU procedures
• Experience required with contrast media preparation and administration
• Must be proficient in starting peripheral IVs and radiation safety protocols
• PACS experience required
• Local candidates within 50-mile radius not accepted
• License must be in-hand before start date
• Must complete lab requirements within 72 hours of accepting offer
