Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:
RN - CVICU
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule options: 3x12s or 4x12s (overtime after 48 hours per week for 4x12s option)
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week assignment duration
• 2 years of CVICU experience required
• Must have active Virginia license or compact license in hand at submission
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must be able to float to regular ICU, CV stepdown, and/or cardiac tele unit
• Potential exposure to COVID patients
• EPIC training required - either accelerated class (4 hours of modules for 6+ months EPIC experience) or 2-day class (no modules for less than 6 months EPIC experience)
• Flu vaccine required during flu season (October 1st - March 31st)
• Up to 7 hours of non-billable modules required during orientation
• Smoke/nicotine free facility
• Must wait one year if previously employed as staff at this facility

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
