Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Echo Technologist - Echo Tech
Job Details:
• Work varying 5x8 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weekend requirement of 1-2 weekends per month, Saturday-Sunday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• On-call responsibilities: weekday call 2-3 times per month, weekend call 2 times every other month
• Daily caseload of 7-8 patients for 8-hour shifts, 8-10 patients for 10-hour shifts
• Minimum 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: ARDMS RVT/RDCS (AE) OR CCI RCS/RVS, and BLS
• Radiation badge required - agency must supply
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Epic charting system
• Floating to sister facilities required
• Emergency response team assignment during hurricane season (June-November)
• 40-hour orientation
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• RTO must be included at time of submission
• Skills include 2-D Echo, 3-D Echo, Adult Acute Care, Color Doppler, Emergency Department, ICU, and portable studies

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
