Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Provide nursing care to patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex
• Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients
• Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments
• Assist physicians in patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures
• Monitor physiological data and intervene when necessary
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products
• Interact with patients and families regarding care plans and discharge procedures
• Make referrals to appropriate personnel for patient care needs
• Delegate tasks to support staff as needed
• Stepdown/PCU experience required with Level 1 travel experience
• Must have 2 recent years of cardiac catheterization laboratory experience
• Work with STEMI, Shock, VAD, ECMO, and Structural Heart procedures
• Utilize Phillips equipment and new Siemens imaging equipment
• Document in Epic system and use Xper hemodynamic system
• Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN License required
• Required certifications: Basic Life Support (AHA) and ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from accredited program required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
