Opportunity:

Cardiovascular Technologist - CV Tech

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts in a new Neuro procedure role in the OR
• Float between departments and local locations within 20 miles as required
• Perform Adult Cardiac Catheterization, Cardiac Devices, Electrophysiology and/or Structural Heart procedures
• Handle scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring/recording duties for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all procedures
• Ensure accurate medication administration, charge capture, and daily procedural case reporting
• Respond to and provide emergent care as needed
• Perform administrative tasks including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring equipment maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and preparedness of procedure rooms in compliance with regulations
• Must have 1+ years of adult Cath lab experience with diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment
• Must be a team player, flexible, and comfortable in fast-paced environment
• Required certifications: RCIS or RCES, BLS, ACLS
• Required education: Associates Degree in Invasive Cardiovascular/Cardiopulmonary Technology, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Paramedic program, or Surgical Technology (or 4 years experience in lieu of degree)
• Preferred: 3 years of adult Cath lab, diagnostic, interventional, or EP experience
