Opportunity:

RN - FS

Job Details:

• Provide nursing care to patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex under general supervision
• Must have MS (Medical-Surgical) and SD (Step-Down) experience required
• Travel experience and Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Assume responsibility for assigned group of patients
• Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments
• Assist physicians in patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures
• Obtain and monitor physiological data of patients and intervene when necessary
• Administer medications as prescribed and manage IV infusions and blood products
• Interact with families and patients regarding care plans and discharge planning
• Make referrals to appropriate personnel for patient care needs
• Delegate tasks to support staff as needed
• Required certifications: Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN License (eNLC), Current BLS from American Heart Association
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from accredited program required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Computer skills and ability to respond to cultural and language needs of patients
