Description
Opportunity:
RN - ICU Neuro
Job Details:
• Work three 12-hour night shifts per week
• Must have Level 1 neuro experience
• Provide nursing care to patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex neurological conditions
• Assume responsibility for assigned group of patients in neurological intensive care unit
• Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments
• Monitor physiological data and intervene when necessary
• Administer medications and manage intravenous infusions and blood products
• Assist physicians in examinations and minor diagnostic procedures
• Interact with families regarding care plans and hospital procedures
• Delegate tasks to support staff and coordinate with other healthcare team members
• 1 year of nursing experience required
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from accredited program required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Required certifications: Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN License (eNLC), Basic Life Support (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Computer skills and ability to respond to cultural and language needs of patients

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
