Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• Provide leadership in coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care
• Utilize nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Delegate, supervise, and document patient care and family education
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to healthcare team effectively
• Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals
• Minimum 2 years previous ICU experience required
• ACLS and BLS certification from AHA required
• Current Michigan State Board of Nursing licensure required
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required
• Previous experience in a trauma level 2 facility preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Must demonstrate clinical knowledge and analytical abilities for effective nursing care plans
• Overtime billed after 48 hours
• Auto offers approved for qualified candidates
