Opportunity:

Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Monday-Friday schedule available as either 5x8 (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) or 4x10 (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Open to temp-to-perm opportunity
• Perform cardiac ultrasound evaluations
• Communicate acute findings to Cardiologist and route studies for interpretation
• Obtain pertinent patient health history prior to examination
• Prepare procedure room and equipment for daily use with timely and efficient room preparation between procedures
• Troubleshoot and identify equipment problems, reporting to appropriate supervisor
• May perform staff training and education
• Four years of experience required
• Accredited Associate's Degree in Sonography, Radiology, or related field required OR completion of twelve-month ultrasound program
• BLS certification required
• Must hold one of the following: RDCS certified through ARDMS OR RCS, ACS and RCCS certified through CCI
• English proficiency required (read, write, speak)
