CT Technologist - CT Technologist I

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• On-call responsibility required once per month
• Must have Level 1 trauma experience
• Entry-level position working under immediate to general supervision with mentor/preceptor guidance
• Provide cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services to adult and pediatric patient populations
• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician-ordered procedures
• Utilize specialized cardiovascular and radiologic equipment for diagnostic, interventional, and surgical procedures
• Conduct post-procedure reviews to confirm completion and document technical quality
• Transfer images and data to archival systems and enter technical findings
• Perform quality control checks, cleaning, and maintenance on equipment per manufacturer guidelines
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
• Required to graduate from CAAHEP accredited cardiovascular program or JRCERT accredited radiologic technology program
• Must obtain CT Certification (ARRT) within 12 months of hire date
• AHA BLS certification required
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Must demonstrate ability to work in stressful situations, maintain confidentiality, and work with minimal supervision
