RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Provide nursing care for patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex
• Requires 2 recent years of cardiac catheterization lab experience
• Stepdown/PCU experience required
• Travel experience at Level 1 preferred
• Work with advanced procedures including STEMI, Shock, VAD, ECMO, and Structural Heart
• Operate Phillips equipment with new Siemens imaging equipment being added
• Document in Epic system and utilize Xper hemosystem
• Assume responsibility for assigned group of patients
• Monitor physiological data and intervene when necessary
• Administer medications and manage IV infusions and blood products
• Assist physicians with examinations and diagnostic procedures
• Interact with patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
• Delegate tasks to support staff as needed
• Required certifications: Current Oklahoma RN License (or multistate compact license), BLS (AHA), and ACLS (AHA)
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum one year of nursing experience required
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency needed
