Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Radiologic Technologist - Radiologic Technologist

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday with two schedule options: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Must have fluoroscopy experience
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all aspects of General Diagnostic Radiology
• Perform quality radiographic images on a consistent and ongoing basis
• Verify patient identity and obtain relevant patient history for examination orders
• Verify pregnancy status before administering ionizing radiation
• Assess patient physical condition and develop action plans for performing examinations
• Use RIS, CIS, PACS and SMS systems effectively to access information and document procedures
• Ensure patient demographic information, emulsion markers, and examination requests are correct
• Critique, orient and save all pertinent images and transmit QA-ed images to PACS
• Maintain image management equipment and report any equipment problems
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Required certifications: ARRT Certified in Radiography, Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider
• Must maintain registry status and continuing education requirements annually
• Required education: Accredited Associate's Degree or completion of an accredited Radiologic Sciences Program
