RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - PACU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Includes 2 call shifts per 30-day schedule
• 1 year of PACU experience required
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN License (eNLC) required
• Required certifications: Basic Life Support (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
• Provide nursing care to patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex
• Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments
• Assist physicians in examinations and minor diagnostic procedures
• Monitor physiological data and intervene when necessary
• Administer medications as prescribed and manage IV infusions and blood products
• Interact with patients and families regarding care plans and discharge procedures
• Delegate tasks to support staff and make referrals as needed
• Good verbal and written communication skills required
• Some computer skills necessary
