Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. CT Technologist - CT Technologist II

Job Details:

• Perform specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services for adult and/or pediatric patient populations
• Work independently under general to limited supervision to deliver patient-centric care
• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician orders
• Utilize highly specialized imaging equipment and techniques for diagnostic, interventional, and surgical procedures
• Conduct post-procedure reviews to ensure all study elements are completed and documented
• Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting
• Perform operator-level quality control checks, cleaning, and equipment maintenance
• Provide instruction and mentoring to less experienced team members
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
• Must be able to work as part of a team and maintain accurate records
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and work with minimum supervision
• Graduate of CAAHEP accredited program with cardiovascular specialty emphasis OR JRCERT accredited program with radiologic technology specialty emphasis required
• CT credentials required and must be current upon hire
• AHA BLS certification required
• One year full-time experience as certified or registered cardiovascular or radiologic technology professional preferred
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
