RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Provide nursing care for medical-surgical and step-down unit patients
• Monitor patients requiring intermediate level of care between intensive care and general medical units
• Assess and manage patients with complex medical conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and patient status changes
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions
