RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Function in 4 OR suites plus additional rooms for minor procedures
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an OR RN required
• Must be able to scrub and circulate for various surgical cases
• Must be comfortable with total joint and orthopedic cases
• Circulate C-sections as needed
• DaVinci robot experience preferred
• Prior travel experience required
• Work with visiting physicians for ENT, orthopedic, and other specialties
• Assist with turning rooms, cleaning, and picking cases in small department
• Must be a team player with positive attitude and ability to hit the ground running
• Hospital-provided scrubs
• Flexible orientation schedule available on any day of the week
• Brief hospital orientation for badge and policies, followed by department competency check-off
• Must complete CPI or MOAB certification if not already obtained ($150 fee for MOAB)
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association)
• Various health requirements including vaccinations, drug screening, and background check
