Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech X-ray

Job Details:

• Work weekday coverage with 4-10 hour shifts from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Focus primarily on CT scanning with some X-ray duties
• Take potential weekend backup call every 5 weeks (if regular weekend tech is sick or on PTO)
• Rotating call schedule - typically one weekend per month including Friday night, 24-hour Saturday shift, and Sunday backup
• Required certifications: ARRT(R) with CT experience, BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years experience working in X-Ray and CT required
• Experience with Meditech Expanse computer charting preferred
• Must complete skills checklist within one year of submittal
• Work with Siemens equipment (purchased in 2016)
• Handle majority of outpatient and orthopedic cases
• X-Ray: Provide service to inpatient, outpatient and ED with 2 rooms and one portable unit
• CT: Operate 40-slice scanner with dual head Bayer/MedRad injector, approximately 150 scans per month
• Must have reliable personal transportation as Alliance, NE does not have Uber or Lyft services

This healthcare facility features state-of-the-art imaging equipment including modern Siemens technology and operates with Meditech charting systems. The facility serves a diverse patient population with focus on outpatient and orthopedic imaging services. The imaging department includes comprehensive X-ray services for inpatient, outpatient and emergency department patients, along with a high-volume CT program performing approximately 150 scans monthly using advanced 40-slice technology with dual head injection capabilities.
