Job Details:

• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience required
• Experience in the following cases required: Cardiac, Angio, Neuro, Vascular, Trauma
• On-call responsibilities possible as needed
• Weekend work possible as needed
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• California nursing license required
• Work history going back at least 3 years required
• Skills checklist within the past calendar year required
• One supervisory reference required
• All certifications and licenses must be active
• Must meet specific Certificate of Insurance (COI) requirements
