Job Details:

• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience required
• Experience required in the following case types: Cardiac, Angio, Neuro, Vascular, Trauma
• Weekend coverage possible as needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• California nursing license required
• Work history documentation going back at least 3 years required
• Skills checklist completed within the past calendar year required
• One supervisory reference required
• All certifications and licenses must be active
• Specific COI requirements must be met before start date
