Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work on a 16-bed remote telemetry unit with 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Serve adult to geriatric patient population consisting mainly of telemetry/cardiac patients
• Must interpret, measure, and document cardiac rhythms twice per shift
• Every other weekend schedule required
• 8-hour non-billable orientation required
• Personal scrubs of any color required - no designs, cartoons, or hoodies
• Must have EPIC experience - required
• 3 years of nursing experience required
• Strong proficiency and experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele units required
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Neuro/stroke experience highly preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• New York nursing license required
• Must have own vehicle
• Must complete training from Welle or CPI for onboarding and clearance
• 14-panel drug screen required within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13-week contract with 2-hour notice
• Maximum 5 days of requested time off accepted and must be noted at upload
