Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Minimum 24 months of operating room experience required
• Proficient experience with DaVinci robotics required
• Proficient experience in Orthopedic procedures including Total Joints and general surgery required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Travel experience within the previous 24 months required
• Scrub experience preferred
• Work with advanced robotics equipment including DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa systems
• Maintain 1:1 nurse to patient ratio
• 16 hours guaranteed per week
• Overtime billable after 40 hours per week
• Holiday multiplier of 1.15x
• Call back multiplier of 1.5x with 2-hour minimum
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA) and BLS
• Active Iowa nursing license or compact/multistate license required
• Clinical interview pre-screening required
• Professional reference from supervisor/manager within 24 months preferred
